[NLP2RDF] Changes to the implementation

Dear all,
I changed the two demo web services and implementations, so they comply 
to the NIF 1.0 specification:
http://nlp2rdf.org/category/implementations

The 2 major changes are that the demo url has changed:
|http://nlp2rdf.lod2.eu/demo/NIFStemmer?input=My%20favorite%20actress%20is%20Natalie%20Portman!&input-type=text&nif=true
||http://nlp2rdf.lod2.eu/demo/NIFStanfordCore?input=My%20favorite%20actress%20is%20Natalie%20Portman!&input-type=text&nif=true
||| and also the parameter "type" is now called "input-type". I hope 
that this will avoid some conflicts in the future.
