Dear all,
we are currently preparing NIF 2.0 . The list of projects that have
given input is really extensive, comprising MultilingualWeb-LT, Apache
Stanbol, Open Annotation, LOD2 and many more.

Currently the reference implementation is updated and a new NIF 2.0
document is drafted. It will be based on this publication
Towards Web-Scale Collaborative Knowledge Extraction, Sebastian
Hellmann, Sören Auer in the book "The People’s Web Meets NLP":

Recently, the hosting for the OLiA ontologies has been stabilized. All
Ontologies are available under the stable namespace: http://purl.org/olia/

For each Annotation Model, we additionally created tab-separated .csv
and .java files (php and other languages will follow):

Examples:
======
Annotation Model: http://purl.org/olia/penn.owl
CSV: http://olia.nlp2rdf.org/owl/penn.owl.csv
Java: http://olia.nlp2rdf.org/owl/Penn.java
Linking Model: http://purl.org/olia/penn-link.rdf
CSV: http://purl.org/olia/penn-link.rdf.csv

All the best,
