NiF 3.0 will mainly fix the obvious things, which are annoying and make 
the format simpler. We should be done with it within a week. Then we can

Ah yes, joining LD4LT is obvious, but did not occur to me before. So I 
am really in favor of this. Are there any concerns about joining this group?
Joining Web Annotation WG would be nice, but we are kind of out of scope 
there as far as I know.
