[NLP2RDF] NIF Dashboard is down

Which of these should I follow? In the directory you point to, there is
no pom.xml. I can only see some in the subdirectories, and they all
refer to a super pom - where is that super pom defined?

Would it make sense to update the manual with a direct link to the up to
date POM that should be imitated?
