Dear OBML members, authors, participants, reviewers and
potentially interested parties,


I'd just like to inform you about two recent publications regarding
Ontologies in Biomedicine and Life Sciences (OBML), adding a few general
remarks.


1.) Report of OBML 2012

The report of this year's OBML workshop [1], including accepted papers,
keynote abstracts, and the current program, is available via the workshop
website [2].

NB: The program is also available from [2] via a separate URL [3]. The
corresponding file might be updated before the workshop starts and contains
the most recent version.


2.) Selected papers of OBML 2011 in the JBMS

Extended versions of papers selected after the OBML workshop in 2011 have
just been published in the Journal of Biomedical Semantics [4].


Unless you have already registered and paid due to intending to participate
in OBML 2012, which is only 3 days ahead, let me add a gentle reminder that
registrations and payments are highly preferred before the workshop starts
on Thursday, September 27 (with registrations originally being requested for
September 20, 2012) [1]. Yet an on-site option will be made available to
foster further participation.


Moreover, those receiving this message solely outside of the general OBML
mailing list [5] (if there is no initial segment "[obml]" of the subject
line), please consider and feel encouraged to join that list. Its traffic
appears to comprise only few, (hopefully) relevant messages to subscribers
so far.
