sounds good, if I understood the first item correctly this is actually
our deadline? Maybe this could be written more precisely?

Also a Release Schedule should be as important as the Release Policy.
(e.g. to see whats next to come and when) We could announce release on
the public's repo Trac-Roadmap (which was actually intended for this).
