[OpenWalnut-Dev] Module Requirements

The kernel can now check the requirements of a module. This means, modules using the OSG must specify the WGERequirement. Module containers should specify the prototypes they need. For examples, have a look at WMTemplate and WMDistanceMapIsosurface. They demonstrate how this is used. You should definitely specify the requirements for your modules too.

Advantages:
* Modules without the need for an running OSG can be used in a no-gui version easily
* Module container can ensure that certain prototypes are available
* other requirements possible ...
