Hello All,

I just commited quite a big clean up and refactoring of the
roi arrchitecture. This is a first commit that breaks some stuff,
so please let me know when you find something that doesn't work as
expected.

For know i disabled the following modules to have it compile:
- clusterDisplay
- writeTracts

Known Issues:
coloring of bundles doesn't work yet

Changes:
- removed the bitfield calculations from the roi manager. This means
the roi manager only stores rois and their relation ( AND, OR ) in the
  roi tree
- fiber display now calculates that bitfield
- as a result of that the fiber display module doesn't have to be a part
of the kernel anymore and there can be any number of fiber datasets now, so I
  removed that restriction

Again, some stuff isn't working yet, but will be fixed within the next days.
