[OpenWalnut-Dev] Release of 1.3.0

* The release of OpenWalnut 1.3.0 is coming closer. I have created a new banch: OpenWalnut_1.3. According to our release guide (http://www.openwalnut.org/projects/openwalnut/wiki/ReleaseGuide) I would ask you to submit bug fixes to this branch. Features (functionality, modules,...) belong to the default branch.

* The final 1.3.0 release will be done during our OpenWalnut weekend (11th of august). Until then, I prepare a release candidate which will allow the people out there to have a sneak preview on what is coming in august.

* For a changelog, have a look at our roadmap: http://www.openwalnut.org/versions/1 . The roadmap indicates that there are only two bugs left. But they are a little bit more severe. If you find/know any other bugs, try to fix them soon.
