They are not mandatory, if you delete them, compilation will still 
succeed unless they contain important files you need for execution. See 
SETUP_GLOBAL_RESOURCES and SETUP_RESOURCES_GENERIC CMake functions in 
OpenWalnutUtils.cmake for further details.
