[OpenWalnut] New way of starting OpenWalnut

Hi List

There now is a new way to start OpenWalnut. Instead of calling 
/path/path/path/bin/walnut use /path/path/path/bin/run. This ensures that all 
required paths are set correctly. If you start .../bin/walnut directly you'll 
most probably notice that shaders/fonts do not work properly anymore.
