[OpenWalnut] Trac Ticket Dependencies

Hi,

just for your information: Trac tickets now support ticket dependcies. For
each dependency you need a ticket to specify: "blocked by" with a string "#23"
and additionally in ticket #23 "blocks" "#341254".

Very easy but powerful.
