[OpenWalnut] OpenWalnut 1.4 RC1

Hi Folks,

There it is. The result of a lot of hard work. The first release candidate of OpenWalnut 1.4.0.

I have uploaded a new package to Debian. If it gets accepted, it will be available in the NeuroDebian repo soon. You can, as always, download several binaries at our downloads packe as well as the sources.
