[OpenWalnut] OpenWalnut 1.4.0 RC2

We worked hard to bring you the next release candidate of OpenWalnut 1.4.0. We fixed a lot of issues and switched to Qt5. You will find it on Downloads. We are also submiting OpenWalnut to Debian again. So you might expect an update soon.

We also spend some to to bring back a proper binary Windows package; this time in 64Bit. If you experience problems, please report back.
