[OpenWalnut] GUI doesn't have toolbars

Dear Carolyn,
this is simply becaus the tutorial is not really up-to-date. I will fix
[1] this next week at OpenWalnut-Development-Week [2].

For now what you do is the follwing:
- Right-click in the empty part of the menu bar
- Select "Standard Toolbar" and "Compatible Modules" in the appearing
context menu
