[OpenWalnut] Qt4 Version available again

Hi List,

I tried compiling th Qt5 GUI with Qt4 ... and they are comaptible. I have added a CMake option to force Qt4 for the GUI. Qt5 is still our default. Use th Qt4 GUI only if you have no possibility to use Qt5.

How to build? As usual. Only activate the OW_GUI_FORCE_QT4 option either inside the CMake UI or via commandline:

cd /path/to/OW/build
cmake -DOW_GUI_FORCE_QT4=ON .. /src

Keep in mind: I tried this with Qt4.8. I am not yet sure whether older versions work too. Maybe you can tell me.
