I would recommend ignoring this offer. I think there's not much of a distinction and I'm not convinced about the quality of this outlet.

They request an APC of 1000 CHF per paper.

Given that we are already going open access with the LNCS proceedings I think we can  igbore this offer (although I underatand that a journal issue would go beyond the impact of proceedings).
