[ORGA-SEMANTiCS-2021-EU] [Extern] EasyChair and CfP's Special Topics not Synced

Dear all,

I sent it through the list because I don't know who is in charge of the 
EasyChair config.

The topics one can choose from in EasyChair are not synced with the 
topics from the CfP. That confused at least some people from the COST 
Action.
