Yes, this is urgent.
I suggest the following: as discussed with the scientific chair Anastasia and Sebastian we would make a last try and ask Sabina Lionelly (https://www.turing.ac.uk/people/researchers/sabina-leonelli) for a keynote. She was recommended by Christine Borgman who unfortunatelly needed to decline again due to conflicting appointments.

We have additional two slots for invited speakers. What about inviting Luigi or Steve to one of them? The only question we need to clarify, if we have funding for their travel, which we usually do not do for "invited" speakers. But this needs to be discussed ...
