[Orga-semantics] SEMANTiCS 2023 - Orga Call & Kick Off

Dear all,

We are ready to kick off the preparations for SEMANTiCS Conference 2023. 
The conference will take place from September 20-22, 2023 in Leipzig, 
Germany.

Please find a brief poll for the regular orga meetings. It will be a 
biweekly call of 1 hour and we would like to organize a kick-off meeting
