[Orga-semantics] [Extern] Expected Participants from Community

For the DFG support of the conference, we are preparing an appendix, collecting names of people that we expect to see during the conference.

Would be great of you can add names of your copllegaues, netwrok that you see a high chance for them to attend. This is of course just an extimate, and there is not commitment on that. The aim is to show the reviewers to which people we think the event serves.
