[Qrowd] Qrowd Proposal: Budget check and Orga Infos needed

Hi Robert

I think this is feasible - can you shift this please (how much do you think
should be shifted?)
- maybe you shift a bit more into wp2 as there BROX has only 6PMs so far
and in WP3 = 25?!

Please take care to fill in ALL orga infos in the spreadsheets for brox in
your tab TODAY then - if you are travelling
tomorrow - many thanks & best regards - martin
