[Qrowd] Section 2.2 available

Dear all

as discussed the reworked section '2.2 measures to maximise impact' is now
uploaded in the wiki

FYI:

 - I removed the business canvas section to be used for 1.3 (Elena please
take care to take this from the last complete proposal version from 2.2)

 - From Unister and BROX there is input (maybe 1/2 a page per partner)
needed for the paras on: 'QROWD Dissemination and Exploitation Activities
after the project' (see resp. headlines)
   (Andreas and Robert please take care)
