[Qrowd] ontos use cases

Guys,

I am reading through Section 1.2 now...it mentions an Ontos use case. Is 
this supposed to be in WP3?

Either way, could someone point me to the description  of this use case 
and to the Ontos contributions to Section 1.3.4 (business model) and 
Section 2.2a (exploitation) so that I learn more about it?
