[Qrowd] 1.4 Ambition reworked --> Brox/Robert

Hi Robert,

I added some rows considering the activities of Unister. However, some
Brox information is still missing. Please add them. I actually do not
know what Brox will do with the QROWD results. Thereafter, send the
document to Martin.


@Martin: Typos in REEEP part:
- The key purpose of the reegl*2014-04-17*e Tagging API is to ensure
- the*rb*y
