[Qrowd] 1.4 Ambition reworked --> Brox/Robert

Guys,

could you do me a huge favor and send me Section 1.4 when it's done? I 
am struggling to create a consolidated version of Section 1 now (I'm at 
page 10 out of 28...) and I lost track of the changes.

@Robert, also send me your input to Section 1.3.4 via email so that I 
don't miss it.
