[Qrowd] section 1: status

Dear all,

you can find the current status of my work on Section 1 at 
https://grips.semantic-web.at/download/attachments/51809713/Section%201_intermediaryversion.docx?api=v2. 
Tomorrow I will integrate some of the contributions I have received 
today (from Andreas and Robert), add Sections 1.3.5 and 1.4 and create a 
final version.

@Markus, there a comment for you in the document, it refers to the 
business models. Please skype me when you start working on that part so 
that I can explain what is needed.
