[Qrowd] Remarks/notes for todays (21.3) telco and actual version qrowd full word doc

Hi,

I went briefly through the actual version of the qrowd full doc uploaded by
Markus and have following remarks:

WP's and Deliveries need to be adjusted to the 30 month run time. We still
have a lot of M36.

Section 3.4 is still making references to the old STREP guidelines. Needs
to be adjusted


I am confused about WP4. I thought that last time we agreed that WP4 will
be integrated into WP1 and WP2. Ontos will not provide a Business Case in
the form of a WP.

- Depending on this final decision we have to adapt also 1.3.1 where we
still have references to Ontos and financial services.
