Call-for-Papers for a special issue on "Weighted Automata: Theory
and Applications" (following WATA 2023;
https://www.informatik.uni-leipzig.de/wata2023/) of

"Information and Computation"
https://www.journals.elsevier.com/information-and-computation

We are calling for contributions in the area of weighted automata,
ranging from the theory of weighted automata and quantitative logics to
applications for real-time systems and natural language processing.
Submissions can be either original research papers or surveys. All
submissions will be refereed according to the usual high journal
standards, but we intend to ensure a quick refereeing process.

Authors are asked to submit their contribution via the standard publisher
platform Editorial Manager for the special issue VSI:WATA 2023.
Preferably please also send a PDF to each of the two editors of the 
special issue.
