mit dem Titel:

    "Idotter, A RNA Dot Plot Viewer"

zum Inhalt:

    One subtopic of analyzing RNAs is their prediction of the secondary
    structures. Different tools are used to create visualizations of the
    predictions. These tools tend to produce static views supporting only a
    small amount of user interactions.  For this reason, this work devotes
    itself to the development of iDotter, an interactive visualizer designed to
    work on the output of the ViennaRNA package. Secondary structures can be
    represented as a list of base pairs between Watson-Crick complements and
    wobble pairs.  Each possible base pair has a probability to form. iDotter
    uses dot plots to present all base pair probabilities and thus all
    secondary structures of the corresponding RNA at once. Thereby, iDotter
    exceeds other dot plots in terms of usability by providing a multitude of
    features, which are designed to support analytical processing and
    communication. This work will help to support future studies of the RNA
    secondary structure with an enhanced and simple to use interactive
    visualizer.
