[NLP2RDF] What about to use CNL?

Hi All,

NLP is a hard problem but for many areas we may try to restrict end user to
CNL (for ex. ACE for English http://attempto.ifi.uzh.ch/site/docs/).
And if we find out interchange format for CNL processors of different NL it
would be great.

For LOD an idea is to convert it to CNL;-)
