[NLP2RDF] Gate -> NIF tools?

Hi all -

Greetings from San Diego.

Just joined this list, so forgive me if I'm asking a FAQ. I'm interested 
in translating GATE output to RDF. It seems that NIF is the standard 
representation for doing so, and it looks very well thought out. Thanks 
to all of you for providing this resource.

I would be grateful if someone could point me to any existing tools for 
doing this, i.e. translating a GATE-generated XML file into equivalent 
NIF v. 2.
