[NLP2RDF] NIF import / export

This may not be of interest, but we have GrAF to GATE and GATE to GrAF plugins that are available from the repository http://www.anc.org/tools/gate/gate-update-site.xml

Given GrAF is isomorphic to RDF (and NIF) perhaps some coordination here would be valuable.
