[OpenWalnut-Dev] Nav Widgets

I changed a lot in code concerning init/shutdown and now the navigation widgets 
produce some strange errors. Thats why they are commented out for the moment. 
I'll fix this tomorrow.


One additional hint for everybody:
- in your moduleMain, please use "waitForStop()" to wait for the stop request 
since it uses boost::condition variables
- ALWAYS remove your osg node from the root node when your module finishes!
