[OpenWalnut-Dev] Ticket #125

[Sebastian Eichelbaum]

Concerning this ticket a lot of code has been restructured. The problem should 
be resolved now. In addition: the "BadWindow" X errors during startup are now gone.

Please check if you have segfaults during startup and reopen ticket if needed.
