[OpenWalnut-Dev] Network Editor

Robert Frohl spend a lot of time to improve our network editor. He added a new automatic layouting which works quite nice and has removed several bugs. Awesome work.

All you developers out there, please use the network editor so we can find further bugs, crashes, inconveniences. Report them back please. You can enable the network editor using the cmake option "OW_QT4GUI_NETWORKEDITOR".
