[OpenWalnut-Dev] Changes in configuration files

I made some changes to our config files and module configuration. 

1. config file now resides in $HOME/.OpenWalnut (on non-unix $HOME is the system-specific user-directory)
2. we can now use this .OpenWalnut dir for user specific stuff, files and similar (module configuration files)
3. module paths can now be changed in the former "allowed modules" dialog. This dialog now also supports adding custom search paths to allow out-of-source developed modules to be found easier

These changes are related to tickets 99 and 100. If you experience problems, report them back. If nobody reports problems, I'll close these tickets.

One last thing: if you use the development version, your next OpenWalnut startup will show you the unconfigured, default OW (since the config file path has changed...)
