[OpenWalnut-Dev] Issue Cathegories

I have seen that some of you use the issue categories. Although these categories can be useful, it is certainly not useful to have categories "OpenWalnut 1.3" and "Task", since we have the target version field and the issue type field whhich allow these categorizations. Please avoid using these categories un the future. Use Issue type and Target Version to set an issue as Task or 1.3 version.
