[OpenWalnut-Dev] Issue Cathegories

Although these categories can be useful, it is certainly not useful to have categories "OpenWalnut 1.3" and "Task", since we have the target version field and the issue type field whhich allow these categorizations. Please avoid using these categories un the future. Use Issue type and Target Version to set an issue as Task or 1.3 version.

I simply removed the category menu. If we need it, we should choose some
sensible categories. I can easily re-enable the menu with new categories
as we have them ready.
