[OpenWalnut-Dev] Permanent tickets

Eins noch. Hab grad bemerkt dass redmine auch kinder tickets löscht wenn man den parent löscht ... tolle wurst. ich kümmere mich drum aber bitte lasst für heute mal die finger von dem zeug. sonst mach ich das alles 3 mal hier.
