[OpenWalnut-Dev] Release Branch and Qt5

I upgraded OpenWalnut to Qt5. This is not yet available in the default branch. Please checkout the OpenWalnut_1.4 release branch and check if everything works. Report problems if any.

I will merge in these changes to default soon.
