[OpenWalnut-Dev] Merging OpenWalnut 1.4 release tree into default

I will merge the release tree to default on Nov. 1st.

The reason why I explicitly announce it is that the release branch does not contain a qt4 GUI anymore. You will have to install Qt5.

If there is a serious reason against the merge, let me know in time.
