At one of the first calls we have discussed if Unister agrees to be a business case partner. I pointed out there, that we are no standard business case partner as we are strongly interested into the technology. Finally we agreed to take over the part, to strengthen the proposal with our business case, but have to be participated at the technology development as well. Then the technical part was eliminated from our work package, as it was decided that just business parts should be addressed there.
Therefore, I added Unister to the tasks addressing the topics that were earlier part of the WP5, i.e., WP2 and WP1.
Finally, I take my orientation from the number of PM of Brox. As we have and like to work on the business case, we need some extra PMs for the technological part.

Do we have a limit there?

Is this an actual problem?

Please see my notes above. However, I just thought about what we will do in the WPs and do not thought about the other partners. But I can cut back to the limit of the other partners there, if this is expected.

> So Andreas, can we reduce the Unister PMs again please - do you think this is feasible?

I think we should make clear that Unister provides competence in the ICT and business part. Then it will be clear that the project will take advantage of both parts and the number of PMs will not be misunderstood.

I will be attending.
