[Qrowd] Qrowd Proposal: Budget check and Orga Infos needed

Hi,

I just went though the budget and made one significant change.
Based on our setup at EU level our indirect costs are 60%.

I have made the change to the spreadsheet. It i snot affecting the proposal
as we get 0 (zero) funding.
It has an effect for me when getting the money from SERI in Switzerland.
